Computing and Applied Sciences Impact (ISSN: 3043-680X) is an interdisciplinary and international journal of basic and applied sciences. The scope of the journal is computing and applied sciences (chemistry, physics, mathematics, biological sciences). Submissions covering interdisciplinary researches in basic and applied sciences with potentials for societal impact are encouraged. CALL FOR PAPERS FOR A SPECIAL ISSUE IN HONOUR OF PROFESSOR ZSOLT ERNŐ LIPCSEY (1945 – 2025)

Computing and Applied Sciences Impact (CAS Impact) is pleased announce a call for papers for a special issue to be published in honour of Zsolt Lipcsey, a Hungarian mathematician who devoted much of his career to mentoring African scholars and enthusiasts in mathematics, statistics, and computer science, particularly in southern Nigeria.

Professor Lipcsey passed away on November 8, 2025, in Calabar after several decades of teaching, mentorship, and service. His work left a lasting legacy in the development and advancement of mathematics, statistics, and computer science across southern Nigeria.
